HF / YSHIELD single bed canopy NEW-DAYLITE

Shielding canopies provide a simple and low-priced method for a complete shielding of beds.

Very spacious / roomy bed canopy for single beds, made from our shielding fabric NEW-DAYLITE. NEW-DAYLITE is a highly-transparent polyester fabric (Trevira) for the protection against high-frequency radiation (HF). It offers the best ratio between attenuation, light transmission and air exchange.

This fabric is manufactured by Swiss Shield® in Switzerland. The secret of its shielding effectiveness is a patented, ultra-thin high-tech yarn. We at YSHIELD particularly value the high quality of the fabrics (haptics, slip resistance, washing resistance). It is not for nothing that we are the world´s largest supplier of Swiss Shield®!

• Mounting: By 4 points on the ceiling. Any kinds of bars (not included in delivery) can be inserted into the sewed hangers to stabilize the canopy installation.
• Attenuation 25 dB (99.7 % shielding effectiveness) at 1 GHz, see diagram for all frequencies in the image above. Attenuation certified by Prof. Dipl.-Ing. P. Pauli of the University of the German Federal Armed Forces in Munich, Germany according MIL-STD 285 and IEEE-Standard 299-1997.

• Grounding: Cannot be grounded, low-frequency electrical fields (LF) must be reduced by additional procedures. We recommend to shield this fields or to switch it off with a demand switch.
