YSHIELD Grounding strap EB / Width 2 cm / 10 linear meter

Grounding strap for shielding paints, fleeces, etc. in the interior. For shielding paints: To bridge cracks in the underground, the strap has to be sticked through all connected areas. For nettings, fleeces: To electrically connect the limited width of the materials.

The strap adheres well on commercial emulsion paints and flat surfaces. On porose surfaces like plasterboards the adhesion is not ideal as the strap has a conductive filling on its backside and might therefore come off when painting over it. For this reason we recommend to pretreat absorbent surfaces with our primer G25 before applying the strap to the wall.

Has to be grounded in compliance with DIN/VDE (or other local) instructions by a licensed electrician! A protection circuit breaker must be installed!
